(Summit Canyon / Dutch Flat Wagon Road) This hike was incredible!! Dave W. was a wonderful guide and leader. His depth of knowledge was immense! He answered all of our questions in astonishing detail!! I know much more today about the Donner Summit than I thought possible!!
(Summit Canyon / Dutch Flat Wagon Road) Enjoyed going on a guided hike and learning about history of the area. Beautiful day fun hike. We had a little confusion about the process of leaving cars at the bottom of the hike. We appreciate that you offer these programs every year. Great time of year!

(Donner Peak / Coldstream Pass) Hike was great. Enjoyed seeing Mary Lake. Good food – improved. Great Chautauqua and the quiz format of the talk was fun.

(Historic Donner Pass) The hikes history attracted me. The fresh air and the people – all commendations. This was very organized considering the amount of people. Lunch was great!

Our Saturday hikes will be on September 18, 2027. If you want more detailed information about the Donner Party, the Sunday Tour (on the 19th) at Alder Creek and the Donner Memorial State Park will be of interest to you.
